Chirascan-plus qCD spectrometer
The Chirascan-plus qCD is located in IBMS N133, Dr. Chinpan Chen's laboratory. This instrument measures circular dichroism and absorbance spectra simultaneously. In addition to CDNN, a protein secondary structure prediction program, two extra analysis softwares, Global 3 Thermodynamic Analysis and qBIC Biocomparability Suite, provide dynamic multimode (CD, absorbance, temperature) analysis and statistical comparison of sets of spectra at far-UV and near-UV regions.
